Staff app account help

For people using the SchoolRota iOS or Android app

Your school is the data controller for employment and rota records. SchoolRota is the processor. The app can sign this device out, drop its push token, and file a request. It cannot silently delete the school's rota history.

Request a copy or deletion

Open Account in the SchoolRota app and choose Request account data or deletion.
The app signs this installation out and clears its offline cache.
Your school receives the request and decides what records to export or erase.

If you cannot open the app, email hello@schoolrota.com from your school work address. We will pass the request to your school.
